Garments are made to order. All sales are final. 

Changes to orders:

Garments are made to order.  Changes to your order must be made within 1 hour of placing your order for the request to be honored.

Price Adjustments:

We do not offer price adjustments for purchases made either before or after the time of sale. 

Discount Codes:

Coupon Codes cannot be combined or added after completion of checkout. Only one coupon code per transaction. This includes coupon codes automatically applied to order.

Returns & Exchanges:

All Sales are final unless a garment is clearly defective. In these cases, replacement or store credit will be issued.

Grab bags:

All sales are final on Grab Bags.

Refunds:

Cash refunds are not offered. Store credit minus shipping cost can be issued at the discretion of customer service management. 

Shipping & Package Receipt

It is the buyer’s responsibility to correctly enter the Shipping Address at checkout.  Delivery Confirmation of USPS, UPS, or any other Mail service will constitute Services Rendered in Full. 

If a Mail Carrier loses a package the claim must be submitted with the carrier.

Variables

From time to time issues may arise that are not defined in the above terms and conditions of purchase.  Global Tee Company reserves the right to satisfy these instances on a case by case basis.
